There are many situations and many types of cases and offenders that will be eligible for diversionary treatment or first offender centered programs. While not every case or defendant may be qualified, it is important that these options are explored and considered before any litigation is undertaken. Many of these programs may permit an offender to not have a conviction once he/she successfully completes the program, and others may drastically reduce the sentence one is facing. ARD

A program focused on providing treatment options to drug and alcohol dependent offenders. It is an intensive supervisory program that offers the ability to have your record expunged at the successful completion of the program. Our goal is identifying the substance abuse issue that you may have and then working the county program requirements in order to keep you eligible and allow them to consider and accept you into the program.

Drug Court

A program focused on providing treatment options to drug and alcohol dependent offenders. Veteran's Court

A treatment-based program designed for offenders who are combat veterans with certain diagnosed problems (Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST), psychological and/or substance abuse problems). Successful completion of the program leads to dismissed or reduced charges.

Mental Health / Behavioral Health Court

A treatment-based program for individuals who are diagnosed with a serious mental illness. This program may be a pre-trial diversionary program where there will be no conviction upon successful completion of the program or it may be a post plea program, as well.
